The more common armies are Later Seleucid (3, 1 in the Open pool), the Later  Ottoman Turkish (still 3, 2 in the Open pool) and the Later Hungarian (3, all in the Open pool). The prefix "Later" must have a great appeal !

The "oldest" army attending is the Early Achaemenid Persian (standing alone), the more recent is the Santa Hermandad Nueva Castilian (two players field this army)

No army from "Empires of the Dragon" and "Blood and Gold" will be attending the tournament..
